J's Back with her week 4 review!

"Not the most flattering pic as I had just finished walking my dog in almost 90 degree temps but here's the latest photo.  I have been continuing to use the blue light and feel that it seem to be working at calming down my skin and is healing what was already there.  I do still see new pimples but so far they appear a little smaller than what I am accustomed to so that is a good thing!"

Body Acne and Clear Rayz

Body Acne and Clear Rayz

Did you know that facial and body acne have similar symptoms and its treatments. Unfortunately facial acne suffers are more likely to develop body acne as well.  Body acne can be more difficult to treat due to the skin being thicker and is commonly found on the back, chest, and neck. What exactly is acne? Acne is an infection of the skin, caused by changes in the sebaceous (oil) glands due to an increase in testosterone. Oils from the glands combine with dead skin cells and block hair follicles. Under the blocked pore, propionibacterium acne bacteria can grow very quickly resulting in pimples, pustules, redness (inflammation), blackheads, and uneven skin texture.  The psychological effect of facial and body acne often cause low self-esteem or even depression. Don't let this happen to you, our Clear Rayz device can help! Whether you have acne on your face, back, arms, chest or neck, it doesn't matter our blue light therapy devices can help clear your acne right up!

J's Week 3 Clear Rayz review!

Its Here!!! J's week 3 review

I did the blue light 5 days in a row and have now gone back to the regular schedule.  While I still keep getting new pimples, I do feel that things are starting to clear up overall and that the ones that do crop up aren't terribly deep. As far as side effects, I haven't really noticed any other than when I use the device on my chest and back it tends to feel harder on that skin compared to my face.  I am assuming that my face may be more accustomed to the decades of topical medicine abuse and that it is overall tougher.  ;) I look forward to seeing what kind of results this  upcoming week brings.

J's Week 2 Clear Rayz review!

J's back with her week 2 review! We appreciate her sharing her experience with all of us! Thank you J!

"Been using the Clear Rayz for 2 weeks now, alternating between the blue and red lights .  Not sure if I feel it is working yet.  Then again, my acne had always been pretty steady so I am figuring it may take awhile to start calming down.  I really, really want this to work so I am hopeful that it is performing on a deeper level and that the routine will prove itself in time."

The truth about acne

Did you know that acne is an infection of the skin?  It's caused by changes in the sebaceous (oil) glands due to an increase in testosterone experienced at the on-start of puberty (by both males & females). The most common form of acne is called acne vulgaris. Oils from the glands combine with dead skin cells to block hair follicles. Under the blocked pore, propionibacterium acnes bacteria can grow very quickly resulting in pimples, pustules, redness (inflammation), blackheads, and uneven skin texture. The psychological effect of this skin reaction is often low self-esteem or even depression.
